Oh!!! Help!!! Hen is really not look good at all!!!!!!!!!!

Have you checked her for any of the issues i mentioned? What meds are you going to purchase and for what?

I am not sure what I am going to purchase yet. I have never had to do this before. I will check out you links too. I was just downstairs putting a heating pad under the box that she is in.

I'm not sure what it's called it's been a while.I had the same problem as tankgirl88 is having, the only difference it hit my whole flock and wiped half of them out. They should be able to tell you what with help at the feed store. What it was with mine was some kind of bug. They told me this bug lays larva in your coop and the chicken eat it and can make them very sick.I'm just guessing TG88 but have you had a lot of rain where you live?

Is there any harm to feeding her with a dropper like I have been trying to do? Can I hurt her that way somehow or make it worse? I make sure that she swallows before I give her the next dropper full.
I personally have never used a dropper,i tube feed if necessary, but if you are use to using a dropper, just be careful to not aspirate her(water getting into lungs).

Are you referring to Coccidiosis, the treatment is usually Corid(amprolium) Cocci is a parasitic infection of the intestinal tract, some symptoms of cocci are: runny/watery poop(may or may not contain blood, depends on which strain it is)fluffed feathers, lethargic, not eating/drinking.

Medication is Corid(amprolium)dose for Corid 9.6% liquid is 2 tsp per gallon of water, dose for Corid 20% powder is 1-1.5 tsp per gallon of water. Treat ALL chickens for 5-7 days, make sure medicated water is their only source of drinking water. Do not give vitamins during treatment as they can interfere with the ability of coccidiostat to work, give vitamins after treatment is complete.

We have been getting quite a bit of rain lately. Mostly a week or two ago. But their coop its literally brand new. I just finished building it a week and a half ago.

So I was reading the sour crop link you posted ten chicks. There is a part about tilting the chick at a 60 degree angle and massaging their throat to get the yucky stuff out of their stomach. It made me remember something that happened earlier. I had her on her back to put the powder on her with head pointing a bit downwards and she threw up all over me. It was all clear. I just thought at the time that it was just the liquid that I had given her. But maybe it wasn't.
