OH HELP PLEASE!!!!!

It should take 26-28 days. At least that's how it goes with an incubator. I'm sure it's much the same au naturale

thank you and yes she did look wet!!!! interesting!!!! and there is no way in the world I will be able to find her nest.....she came up from the back of my property and it is all woods back there.....surely she will pick a great hiding spot....I am just praying that nothing eats her.....so you deff think she is nesting??!?
If she came up wet she is sitting, my peas come down at the break of dawn and make their rounds then find a sunny spot and dry the dew off, when you said she came up i looked at mine and all of them were dry already so that is how i knew she was nesting, nesting hens don't do this, they honk, half way act like they are dust bathing act like they are in a hurry and make a fuss with the other birds if they get to close.
Note the time she came up and look for her to come up again and note the direction she came in from, now this is just what i do , however some of mine have been known to walk away from the nest and then come in another direction that they did the time before.
Some of mine like to fly in also adding more confusion to the mix.
