Yup, did that in between my posts on this thread LOL. I need a better flashlight

(any suggestions ?) but it looks like the cochins might be doing well. A couple looked like they might be clear, a couple were too dark to see into, but I'm pretty sure I saw veining in several of them

I'm hitting Lowes or HD this weekend, and getting a better flashlight for those darker eggs. And I had to laugh when I tried to candle the OE, there was no seeing thru that sucker. I'll give you another update after shopping.

Carrie...I use a small LED flashlight and boy it works awesome! I paid like $5...wish you luck...and the cochin eggs...would those be from that handsome big boy? hehe

So are you sitting there talking to the pippers like a crazy woman? Mom and I both do it, and dbf and son both roll their eyes at us. We just have to cheer them on, they might not hatch if we don't
