Next time you eat at KFC think about this: I was the first manager hired from outside KFC EVER. It was 1987 lol. My first day on the job a young man came to me at my pretty new shiny desk and had a scoop of potatoes in one hand and piece of aluminum foil in the other. He asked me if I liked the potatoes and said I loved them. So he puts the scoop of potatoes in the aluminum foil, wraps it up and sets it on my desk corner. He said don't touch it, so I sat there like a moron staring at the little package as I did paperwork. An hour later (exactly) he came in, grabbed it from the top and picked it up so the bottom was looking at me. He never even looked at it himself; the potatoes had eaten through the aluminum foil and were exposed on the bottom. I've never eaten them again. Then the kid said,,, do you like the chicken?

Yes seriously, but remember it is no longer tin foil it is aluminum foil. I had to explain the difference to the students lol!

I didn't say I thought Nifty was in charge of the ads, just said that I wouldn't like seeing a KFC ad here since I feel they are the antithesis of raising chickens yourself.

I hope I'm not supposed to feel better that it eats through tin but not aluminum.....

Do you know WHY it does this? What on god's green earth is in it to make it do that??

It eats through aluminum lol not tin. I don't know, and I don't know if it still does, but I'll never eat them again.
