Oh no, another Rooster?!

Last spring, when I first started my flock I was given a game hen and 5 chicks that she had hatched. I was told that they were ISA brown mixed with... something. Now that they are 7ish months old we know that 2 of them were roosters. Yesterday, however I saw a third try to mount one of my [favored] RIRs. This particular chicken has always confused me. She(?) has always acted strangely compared to the other hens and then there's those darned saddle feathers. But she's never crowed and our head rooster has never had a problem with he. He won't even allow the other rooster to come out of the henhouse most of the time.
I guess all of that is my very long way of asking, is this a rooster, or a hen?

It's a cockerel. If your head rooster catches him in the act with one of his hens, he will probably get the same treatment as the other cockerels.
