Rooster or hen?

I got butterscotch at a chicken swap for a dollar along with some other roosters, was told "he" was a rooster, but then "she" started to act like a hen, NEVER crowed, but also NEVER layed, NEVER mated, she has sat on a few eggs but i cant tell if she layed them or was just tired. Now she has started to act like a complete rooster. A few months ago (i didnt get this on video) she flyed up to the fence and tried to crow like the other roosters but instead of the normal sound she just sounded like BAAAAKK, now she is full blown rooster, trying to mate, making those weird rooster sounds and stuff. This is all i got on video:

Cockerel.
Often times when you have more than one rooster the lower ranking males will not be allowed to crow and mate.
