my rouen “girl” is about 5 weeks old, and has now started to get GREEN feathers!!! boy? you can see a couple near the eye and then there is a bit on top of head

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see any green on that face.

Contrary to popular belief, females will have a tinge of green to them when young. Does the duck QUACK?

umm... he does make small sounds that are definitely not peeps but i wouldn’t say quacking

I see a tiny bit of green under the eye. I'm not experienced with ducks though, so I have no idea what that means.
