I wouldn't doubt that it won't be long before some breeder gets hold of this and tries to see how many different colors of skin they can get. Like the previous post said, look at Turkes/Naked necks.
Humans bred the naked neck gene until it bred true and then people took it one step further with Showgirls. I'm sure if that chicken was zebra striped or spotted with a crest like a Polish Top Hat, people would be saying "cool where do i get one"

Given that the complete absence of feathering is a naturally occuring genetic SPORT/mutation - you'd best hurry up and BLAME GOD.

well you can look at it like this I dont think its going to get lice and mites..

I think they are facinating to be honest. I just agree they should be black skinned because OUCH that suns going to burnnnn! Other than that I dont see it any different than naked dogs, naked cats, turkens, show girls, skinny pigs, etc

This just hurts my feelings to see. Ugh! I got Bramas and Ameraucanas for the EXTRA feathers! Poor not floofy chicken.

I watched a tv show about this once. The chickens are born featherless (or puff less) and it is some sort of new mutation that some scientists have created to "help out" the meat world.. i say just to torcher more animals..
