The laws are written in such a strange way!
"Fowl. No person shall keep chickens or other poultry in any dwelling or within one hundred feet thereof." So is this just saying you can't have them inside a house or within 100 feet of one? Even if it's your own house?
Honestly I'd just call city hall and ask. The fact that it doesn't have any other regulations for chicken-keeping written here makes me wonder if this is actually saying you can't keep them. I hope I'm wrong though! Maybe it is fine but just has to be 100 ft. from all houses. Usually I'm just used to seeing a bunch of regulations in these ordinances though, such as how many you can keep, a rule about roosters, etc.
