OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Wow, no one has been on here for a while. I hope everyone and their flocks are doing well. So far all 19 of mine have been healthy and safe so I am Blessed. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.
It's been a very hectic couple of weeks. Took my stress test and wound up spraining my ankle on the treadmill, so I've been limping along for the past week. Then my mother-in-law had to visit the ER a couple of times, so we are currently taking care of her at home.

The flock, 10 ducks and 18 chickens are handling the cold spell nicely.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a most Blessed New Year!

So sorry that you have so much going on right now, I hope that things improve for you soon. My Son has been having some health problems too. Hopefully everyone gets better soon. Take care Knobby.

And Merry Christmas to to you and yours too. My 12 had to spend a day in the coop, while hubby was in hospital. But, the coop is arranged for this possibility with adequate water, food and heat. Only danger is boredom. So they resolved that by knocking three drinking cups off the water bucket and playing/ kicking them around the coop for entertainment.
I hope that Hubby gets well soon. Glad you have such a good setup that you can leave them for a while when necessary.

I have two 7 month old Schijndelaar roosters that need re-homed in southern Ohio if anyone’s interested!!
