We need help. We need a processor for ducks in the northwest Ohio between Lima and Marysville. We can go north or south as well.

Some friends dropped off 15 ducklings at the end of May, asking us to grow them for butchering in August. We have a processor for our chickens and turkeys, but found out they do not do ducks.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Please PM me with any information that you have.

Was there a logical reason as to why they won't do ducks? I'm really curious!
Wouldn't know where to start in helping you find an answer to your query.

Woooo Hoooo!!!!! I finally got 4 eggs today!!!! First eggs ever!!!! After last years heartbreak when all mine got murdered,this is great!!!! Small brown eggs,but its a start!!!!I have 15 hens and they love it here,,,Got shade,,cool,,cool water and green grass every other day!! Can't wait till the others start laying,so they can earn their keep!!!! Boy am I execited!!!!!

Do any of you guys sell eggs and what are you charging? We were charging 1.50 per dozen, 1.25 each for two dozen or more. Originally, people were looking at us like they thought that was expensive. Now, people are beginning to ask us for eggs, and they're looking at us like they think that's cheap. Ohio is notoriously cheap, so what d'ya think?

That is funney because we have been selling eating eggs at work and on the road side for years. When we first put our sign out nobody stopped, but with the rising food prices and health concerns we dont have enough eggs

Hey all in Marysville here outside of columbus . I know this is a long shot . But i raise bantam plymouth rocks. i have different varities color wise. Well i have some young cockerals - two look to be barred silver pencil mixes and one silver pencil - columbian mix . Full rocks - but i have four lil cockerals that are so tame and sweet and friendly If anyone is need of a nice lil rooster i would let them go to a good home. I only ask this cause they are so funny and sweet . I know i know - not many people looking for roosters. Oh and there is one bantam rock- faverolle mix .
