Lol! Close to marengo area

I used to drive thru Marengo to get to Centerburg, it's beautiful. Much more my style but my husband needs high speed internet for work and I'm still weaning him off downtown Cbus life.

If we could afford 6 acres I would do it in a heartbeat. We just bought our house here 2 years ago and even though the value has skyrocketed, interest rates are so high now we couldn't afford to move. I wanted more space but we had to be happy with our 1 acre, and I have loved every inch of it.

I hear you. I got my land in 2014 and built in 2017. In 2014 it was in foreclosure for back property tax so we snatched it. Now you can’t find anything and what’s available is so expensive.

I just got t mobile internet out here my broadband was awful. My download speed is about 400 now compared to 2-6 on a good day before
