I've read the sticky. I've bought the wazine and will fill the waterer tomorrow morning with the wazine/water and leave it for 24 hours. I then want to buy some Ivermectin for the follow-up dose 14 days later. I'm pretty sure I know what I need, but I want to make sure. Is this the stuff?

Seems ridiculously expensive for FOUR birds... but I will do what I have to I guess.

I post things like this and then wonder... wouldn't it be cheaper just to get rid of the silly chickens?

DE is a good worm preventative, as is cayenne pepper, VtRx, and a host of other products. However, they wont kill worms. There are quite a few BYC'ers on here who have faithfully used DE as a wormer only to turn around and see that their chickens are infested with worms. Please check "threehorses" messages on worming. I use her instructions regarding worming, by the letter.
