This picture was taken inside the ducks' covered pen after the first of last winter's three blizzards. They didn't mind the snow. I used to like it myself-the only thing worthwhile about winter as far as I was concerned. After last winter I have reconsidered, having spent many hours shoveling endless walkways and trails for animals plus the makeshift roofs for their pens, a hideous shanty-town that still stands. I have many more ducks this year and dread the mud pit and bringing the hose inside every night so it doesn't freeze. But I love all my fuzzy butts so it's worthwhile to me.

Ok after seeing everyone else's pictures I have decided that I need to ask Santa for a better camera!!! Mine just doesn't seem to pick up all the detail like yours all do!!! HHmmmmmm!
