Ok Fantasy book readers, i need your help!

Desperately need a good read! I am the HUGEST Ann Mccaffrey Fan

and have virtually all her books including her romances, i love Jean Auel's Earth Children series (desperately awaiting number 6!

), i love the Eragon books (& i loved Avatar but thats off subject!) Anyone have any suggestions? I like books with characters you fall in love with and easy reading (Lord of the rings - not easy IMHO!)

Time Enough for Love is a good place to start. Friday, Stranger in a Strange Land, Revolt in 2100, To Sail Beyond the Sunset (don't read that one before TEFL!)

Ahhh gotta drag out the paperbacks now.
