Yeah, that is a lesson to learn. All animals sense the fear in other animals, and they "understand" what is going to happen to them, too. Best if keep the butchering separate from where you are holding the next ones in line.

My CX's are smelly and they are only 2 weeks old. And they are ugly! BUT I have one with splayed legs I will have to cull tomorrow, and he is a sweet little guy. I think he is feeling some pain, because he just wants to be petted (and his eyes get all sleepy). I feel bad about culling him, but I have no choice. He can't move around at all
