Ohhhhh, so you are just barely a US citizen. Glad you got rid of them quickly and didn't have to do the processing yourself.

Yes I gave up the city life in Austin, DFW, and San Antonio for life where you can't blame traffic for being late. When house shopping HOA's in my opinion made the property there worthless so we settled for life in the Colonias.

There are no city ordinances to comply with either. Pretty much only have to worry about State Law and that means we have no noise ordinances either.
