Can you post better pictures of the white bird's feet? Maybe while standing naturally? It looks more like a freak extra toe than a five-toed-breed extra toe. Look at the posted image of the Dorking above for comparison.
I really do not think there is any reason to think the second bird has any Dorking--especially if she does not have the fifth toe (which is a dominant trait). The color of the second bird is called "Silver Duckwing" if you do a Google image search for "Silver Duckwing hen" you will see that lots of breeds can have that coloring: Yokohama, Old English Game, Kraienkoppe, Leghorn, Welsummer, and on and on. The coloring is nice enough that I wouldn't think it's a mixed breed--unless it's Silver Duckwing over Silver Duckwing--somebody more familiar with color genetics can correct me.
Large Fowl Silver Phoenix hens are 4lbs, that's fairly small. Silver Grey Dorking hens are 7lbs. A Bantam Phoenix hen is around 1.5. So... that means a large fowl Phoenix is right in the middle between LF Dual Purpose breeds and bantams--which might give someone the impression that they are the result of breeding a large fowl and a bantam.
Here is a photo of a Silver Phoenix hen from Cackle Hatchery's website:

Here's what Cackle Hatchery calls a Silver Duckwing Jungle Fowl Old English Game (Large Fowl) (They also have a Silver Duckwing OEG and OEG Bantam):
