Ok I have to admit this looks hilarious but what do I do?

Ouch! That looks like some sort of abscess or something. Is it hard or squishy? I have no idea at all what to tell you other than it needs to be treated. The question is how, and with what? Hopefully someone will come along that knows something about this!
