Ok , Now i belive there are a couple of hens in those, that lavender amaeruacana do you think it could be a pullet?
 
ya know, I had my doubts, I wasn't 100% sure as the comb got big but then it didn't really turn red like the other roos....
I still wasn't 100% when it left but I had 2 others that I was unsure of also and have enough birds. I can't answer it to be honest because I don't know the original birds that were used to introduce the color therefore not knowing the size comb that breed had. Are there any sickle saddle feathers coming in yet? That was my first indicator with my lav cockeral.....you should know one way or another pretty soon.....

I anticipate to use your dog ancestry analogy: If you brand a atramentous German Shepard to a argent & tan one, the consistent pups will a lot of acceptable be a admixture of their parents color. They may not be a connected blush adumbrative of the breed, but they're still GERMAN SHEPARDS nonetheless.
