my cochin colors are
1x frizzle red cochin rooster
2x red cochin
1x white cochin
in my other pen <<this pen didn't start laying until about 2 weeks ago so I know no egg from this
1x gold laced cochin rooster
1x mottled cochin rooster
1x black cochin hen
and 1x dark and 1x buff brahma
are any of your seramas and cochins mixed together in the same pen? From what I understand, serama's don't breed true to their variety. But your little guy is obviously part cochin with it's feathered legs. So my guess would be you have a cross breed of the two.
