Not that I would be complaining mind you!!! I'll take every one of the little goobers I could get my hands on at this point.

Thinking back on it, a couple of those eggs were very very pale in color, almost white. I thought they might have been from the other flock of White Cornish/White Leghorn x RIR/White Cornish. Talk about a flock of mixed up mutts!!!

You're right Germaine....ya just never know what you're going to get with mutts!

Here's hoping they all turn out to be pullets so that I can watch them grow to maturity. Some might turn out to be quite beautiful!

Those EE's are VERY COOL looking!!! Do you know what they are mixed with? Inquiring minds want to know. You have a great start there in the poultry hobby. Can't wait to see when you REALLY get going with lots of breeds!

Thanks Patty! I am going to have to think alot harder of who the parents are on those EE's. I was playing DR. Frankenstein and just wanted some fun EE's so there are alot of possiblities and I didn't keep track. So I will just have to start repeating the process cause they are even better off camera. They look like sable mink coats.
