Ok, my friends are probably going to think I am NUTS (ALPACA THREAD)

Somebody e-mailed me about two suri geldings that their friend wants to give to a good home. I am already buying three huacayas(intact males). Would they get along?
I could use the extra fiber from the suris to help pay for the other three, and if they are free...

What do you guys think? Worth it?

Yes, I have two intact males that don't get along AT all, but the gelding I just sold was fine with both of them. No competition. I love them, and lucky YOU getting two FREE!!!!

Between my mom and I we have 48 total alpacas. All of my males both gelded and not run together. They all get along pretty well with the normal boy bickering. We even use the geldings with the crias when they are being weaned. They also are kind with the girls and yet still do the protector thing when needed.

All the boys should get along fine. I would have the huacayas gelded if you are just using them for fiber. Most gelded males' fiber stays softer longer.
