I'm a beyond newbie when it comes to chicken breeds. I only see white tips on the end of two of the feathers on the one that is almost solid black it does have some brown tones to it's feathers. It's hard to get it on camera.

Here's a better pic of them.. they are not ones to stay still hard to get a clear shot.. ;p

Pure bred Cuckoo Maran? in front known hybrid in back

Da Chicken Gang..

No, it doesn't look to me that it is a pure cuckoo Marans, I don't see any barring and even at that age it should be apparent...also I see all roos

Even the blue with the smaller comb looks a little too pink to be a pullet, but that's the only one that seems like it could be a maybe. They are cute though!

Ok I now know a lot about these birds lol. Not by choice of course but from experience. LOL... Ok So the top pic with the two birds. The one in front I think looks to be a pullet and the one in the back a roo .... Now the bottom pic is a male. This is how you can tell, When you see there comb on and their waddle red and growing unusually larger and not staying small then you got roos.
As the roo gets a little bit older the copper will start to show on there neck and there tails will start to flair out as a rooster tail. Then around 5 to 6 months you will soon hear a horn like sound coming out of them. LOL. its very funny but believe me give them another month and it will be a full roost noice. I have two roo's not by choice. I was ignorant when I got them and believed the person that sold them to me as he stated I was getting pullets and that its normal for bcm to have large red combs NOT.... Now I have two roo's one is roosting loud and the other is a horn sound. The other dominant roo will not allow the other to rooster his noice so he has yet to get a full noice out. Oh well. hope this helps.
