I mentioned previously that we were keeping chickens in our garage as my dad just bought them on a whim cos he's..Well. An idiot. It's strictly temporary as I have no desire to keep them there. They're happy enough and don't get injured. They're well fed and watered. But I digress cos I don't want to sound like I'm being cruel to them.
Anyway we cleared our shed out completely. We have 5 hens and I was wondering if this would be sufficient space for them. We're going to free range them too. It's a little hard to judge the size so I'll come up with measurements when I get to it. But here it is
It's roughly a meter and a half across and about 3 meters long with plenty of head room. Any thoughts would be much appreciated
