OK..this sounds stupid, but how do I lower temp on my 1502 GQF ?

It has the wafer turn thiny on the side, but that is a back up. I switched the jumpers to the lowest level but it's still reading 100. I opened up the back vent completely too. I need to lower it to 96-97 for emu eggs. What am I doing wrong? My Dicky incubator just uses the dial..........

I have a 1270 and theres one lever turn thing for the wafer backup, and a knob for the electric thermostat that adjusts.
If its not the same GQF has a lot of manuals online, you might check the website.

IMine has jumpers because it is a preset model. I might just have to switch out eggs to the other bator and use the dicky incubator....
