The man at the feed store says the bag does not say feed grade. I'll inspect it carefully when it comes in.

That's interested about the cats, Pam. I thought it was already a main ingredient in kitty litter. I can't wait to get some for my donkey to cut down on flies too.

silicon dioxide 85% other elemental oxides 10%... i have a bag and that is what it says. it also says PET safe. it is not harmful to pets, but it does NOT say its ok to feed it to them. we do rub it on the dog to treat for fleas and stuff. he licks himself and doesnt get sick, so..... you decide if its ok for you. milky spore is used to treat your yard for grubs. its not sold as DE. oh and yes they changed the look of the bag, its now red and white, but its the same stuff as before.
