We are not sure if she’s really old or young her feet and legs are huge but she’s small

She may not live long unfortunately. They are prone to heart and leg problems. Some people have managed to keep them alive for a bit longer by restricting feed.

Well I use pellets and vegetables how much should I feed her she looks really small to me tho

I'm the wrong person to help as I haven't had the breed before. Most Cornish cross reach butcher size by 8-10 weeks. They end up big, but smaller. My guess is yours is around 8-12 weeks, but I can't be sure. Hopefully someone with experience with the breed can help. From my reading about Cornish crosses they will do nothing but eat, so they need to be encouraged to exercise and feed restricted.

This Pullet isn't very old. I think you have a Cornish Rock broiler. They need high protein high energy diet 20% or more. Looks a little underweight It could also be a White Rock too. Not 100% sure by Picture.
