Hi! If you don't have any luck selling them as 'table' or 'for hatching' eggs, you could blow them out and decorate them:
and sell them as holiday decorations (I like using duck eggs much better than chicken eggs).

The yolk/white of the egg is still usable for baking, animal feed, etc.
