yes.. i feel this is of course from the abuse and harsh conditions. at factory farming situations ..both medications are very important in human medicine, particularly the quinolines which is a family of enrofloxacin, so mass resistance to them in the community would really be not good.Both are banned in any form (oral, injectable, in water). Baytril is banned because of potential drug resistance to it, specifically campylobacter, and metronidazole is banned because of the potential to cause cancer.

However, just the indiscriminate use of the medication in human medicine has led to this issue.
