Okay, few more questions....

Well it's been 3 days and my hen is still alive. She's still eating and drinking but can't walk. She moves around. But her right foot is her problem..she tries to walk but her right foot curls up. The other chickens were picking on her--pecking her head and the rooster would stomp on her, so I finally brought her in and put her in the brooder hubby made, so she can maybe heal and get better in peace and have the food and water she needs. Oh and she hasn't laid any more eggs since the one two days ago.

My hen is still alive..she's eating and drinking and finally standing on her own...she's walking as well. I am going to try putting her in the coop again and she how she does. She hasn't laid another egg since the one I found while she was laying in the coop. She's gotten a little feisty with me and hubby on occasion so I think that's a good sign.

Just thought I'd update on my sick hen. She's been back in the coop with the others and she's doing great...eating, drinking and walking fine...she's laid some eggs. Don't know what it was, but glad she's better.

Hey, thought I'd show the eggs I got today. I have 9 laying hens. I got 8 this a.m. and 1 this evening.
