@GG...... I will butcher again, in fact I've ordered and received 50 cornish broilers from Ideal Poultry.....I didn't eat the meat the first time it was cooked which was two days afterwards but we did roast two chickens for Superbowl Sunday and it tasted so good. I've put it into perspective....I wish you so much luck. This meat is healthier than any hormoned full chicken meat I could buy from the supermarket. While my experience was....eye opening..... We will do it again and I'm sure I'll feel the same way as I did the first time. With this batch I'm trying not to pick out any differences in them to where I would get overly attached. They are less than a week old and boy can they eat already!!!!!!!!
