Okay, I'm a little confused!

Why does everyone have to have 10 posts to post a picture? When I registered the first question I asked is a what breed is she. Of course I had to figure it out but I uploaded about 3 pictures without having 10 posts.. ??

Because there has been ALOT of spam and VERY inappropriate posts from new people. Take your time and get to know the site for a bit. After you have been around a bit, you can post you pics. The admins goal for this site is to keep it as family friendly as possible. And sometimes people join JUST to spam.

When was the rule placed? Maybe it was just the time I got registered.

I can post pictures. I was just a little confused why I could the day I registered but other people weren't. I know what it's for and all.

Hmmm I dont remember having that problem... Maybe I didnt try at that point. LOL
