Okay Is Mille Fleur A Dutch Chicken Or French Chicken

Mille Fleur is a colour pattern, its a french word meaning "million flowers".

The most common breed seen in this colour pattern and usually being falsely called by their colour rather then their acctual breed name are D'uccle Bantams. They have been created in Belgium.
 
I was told at a poultry show that it is pronounced "Dee-oo-Klay"...most of us say "Dee-uh-cul".
 
In the other thread that you asked this earlier I told you that the picture of your chicken was a Mille Fleur D'uccle and it was Belgium.
