Okay lets play the gender game again.

I wouldn't bet on the lighter one being a Roo, looks a lot like my Bossy. She had me waffling back and forth on gender all the way from 6 weeks to 20 weeks and she turned out to be my first and most consistent layer -- and a very strong personality. She was lighter colored, especially around the head, had those pseudo-pointy feathers going on on her rump (now she has no feathers on her rump thanks to Rooster), a long, upright tail, and was the first of the ladies to start turning red.

I think they might all three be hens...I would wait at least 2 or 3 more weeks for that one in question though just to be sure.
