They are all so cute! What a wonderful thing for her to experience the joys of hatching & baby chicks. I can't wait for my daughter & I to experience our first hatch together. I set the banty eggs from Jody in the old 'Scary Bator' last night.

OMGosh. I saw VEINS for the first time while candling.....I have mostly had brown eggs so it seemed impossible to ever see anything but a dark spot...... I saw them today....way cool....way way cool

I just put in 12 white silkie eggs in 2nd bator............I am expecting 28 of the mixed eggs of my own to hatch out the day after Easter ! YIPPEE.......here I go again.

2nd batch moved to hatcher this morning

and while moving them I hear chirping

woohoo..........I have 23 of my own eggs in the hatcher and 12 white silkie eggs due to hatch in 6 days !
