I have all four water trays filled and only have 39% humidity

Will someone post a pic of the inside of the bator right now my shelf pad is covering the entire bottom of bator should I cut slits in pad or cut it in half or does it matter?

Dumb question, what on earth is a water wiggler and what does it do for incubation?

See when I looked them up on google, I got a bunch of water things that go in bird baths. This makes so much more sense after looking them up on BYC.
