I'm reading about this stuff and I'm pretty impressed. Plus I'm desperate. I've lost 1 bird and 2 more aren't going to make it. Before anyone else comes down with symptoms I want to get ahold of this stuff.

Cutler is online, you have to order is. Bfrancis said his is made in Norman so dont know if you could go pick it up. We have some here is you would like some of it to get you started.

I'd love it! Let me know how much and when you'll be home in case I can't find any closer.

Dont worry about the cost, we will give you enough to get what you need done until yours comes in. We are always home, just call first and we will make sure one of us stays home...LOL

Kwartel, thank you! I just ordered a gallon. It's not going to be here til Monday at the earliest though.
Stephanie/Carl, can I send my husband out about 5:30? I'm going to get up early to get started on the turkey pen to get birds even more confined. That way I can have the young ones all locked up so they can't even look out and see any older birds

I want to soak down the run where the baby Cochins are now and their coop. It's just at 250 sq ft altogether. How much do you think I'd need after mixing? 6 gallons? NanaKat said she uses 1/2 oz per gallon, is that how much you use? Whatever I borrow I can give right back to you after I get my bottle next week. I'll mail it to you priority mail. I would sure feel 100 times better if I could get that stuff sprayed everywhere where the Cochins are. Will it work on the dirt if I get it wet enough? Because the vet said bleach wouldn't.

Just came in from taking care of the bird's an read u peep's post ...Lot's of interrest stuff on chicken's..
Rex the diff between Dutch an O.E is alot wen it come's down to it , The cobm/s an ear lobe's an color of ther leg's I have some blu Dutch an BB red
I can take some pic's if u wont me to an show the diff between thim...Like the BB red O.E has white leg's an BB Dutch has green..

I have a question about oxine, I've been reading some article since it was brought up. The info I read stated it is put in the drinking water and kills all bacteria, virus, and fungus. If that is acurate won't it kill the good flora / fauna in the chickens digestive system?
