What kind of hens does your layer flock consist of P&B? I bet that many big hens can clean up a lot of feed in a hurry!lol.

Yes, my laying flock can easily go through 25 lbs of feed every other day. I have NNs, EEs, black Marans, black sex links and golden comets. Although I don't have any hens that lay a large white egg, the filled egg cartons are very colorful. I call them "colorful eggs from cheerful chickens."
