We put up a whole bunch already and they are ready, along with several pickle, jellies, and a bunch of pear butter. But supplies of everything are starting to dwindle already.

Got our first snow! About a half inch. Boy when that artic air blew in it meant business! Temp dropped like a rock.

Went out and collected eggs so they wouldn't chill.The ee bantams and icelands are starting to kick into full production. My ee bantams are one of the few breeds that seem to really lay well in the winter.Makes you wonder if they are still geneticaly on South American time and think its summer! And the Icelands,well enough said!lol. Although actually its green in Iceland and ice in Greenland!Ok enough geography!lol

I keep trying to sew quilt blocks but can't seem to concentrate on it enough. Would rather be doing something chicken! Guess I'll bundle up and go do feeding chores. You all hold the fort down ok!

Got the letter from our CPA on the tax changes for this year...going to have to hit the 13 column ledger for a bit longer this year getting stuff ready for her. Sure puts a crimp on my play time.

Are they requiring more documentation of losses and expenses than they did? I always dred doing taxes, it seems to wreck my year as soon I know what we owe.. Puts me in a bad mood for a few weeks then I bounce back.

I'm having a bit of trouble with this new format. It only displays a few replies at a time. How do I get it to change back to displaying a much larger number of replies--I'm now waaay behind as it takes to long. Help, someone!

What kind is that first pic? Old cowboy It looks pretty good size

From what I read this morning in the FAQ section they do not have it set up to do more posts per page than what we have now. But did say that is something they would work on.

I'm having a bit of trouble with this new format. It only displays a few replies at a time. How do I get it to change back to displaying a much larger number of replies--I'm now waaay behind as it takes to long. Help, someone!
