***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Guy's tip for the day
I don't know about everybody else here in Okla. but I have a great crop of winter grass (cheat) growing around my place. Everyday I pull a bucket full and throw a hand full or two into each of my individual breeding pens so they can have a continuous supply of greens. The Chickens love it and I think it does them lots of good also, for the ones that cant get out daily.

Man I love this new BC. It makes me look smarter than I am (which aint hard) It has spell check

They are in the large medium weight area. Some produce well. I plan on being at the swap, have my reservations made so barring no bad stuff will be there..
It looks large, what kind of weight do they carry, and do they produce well? Will you make it to the eastern ok swap in June, and if so will you have any pairs for sale? Might need some of them

We seem to always have green grass, I dislike mowing in dec. and Jan, but seem to every year. down here at the bottom of a hill on both sides so close to lake frost seldom sets real good so everything keeps growing.
I also planted a bunch of Turnips for me, the deer, and the birds, so all the birds get to enjoy that too. Of course each pen had a pear and a mango last night, and a cucumber today. It is hard to believe how much these little guys will actually eat in a day. But I feed them good, they look and feel good, and repoduce quite well, thats what matters to me.

I started off by trimming or pulling up extra grass & quickly figured my birds that don't free range can't get enough. Now I turn the key on the mower make one swipe then give the guineas & peafowl fresh grass. They do love it indeed!

The new format isn't phone friendly. I can't see what I am typing on my iPhone!

two questions - is there a way to select "time of the post" in the display rather than "xyz minutes ago" in my view of the site?

where was the place to jump to posts made since I was last online - so I don't feel a need to make a post before signing off, just to "mark my spot" about where I finished reading? I do really like the new smilies

I agree Maribeth I like the date and time much better I hope they also fix the number of posts per page as well, I figured a workaround for starting where I left off I use Google Chrome and just add the page I'm on the bookmarks toolbar and delete the old bookmark so when I next open the browser the link in the toolbar takes me to where I saved it I haven't found a way to do that with the site so far..

I saw on Facebook where Stimpy is in ICU at Veteran's hospital.
