***OKIES in the BYC III ***

The other day we got a catalog from Premier and low and behold they have hammer mills with various screens at a fairly affordable price. They also have the most safe and sane brooder light that I have ever seen, it is tripod mounted and adjustable. I will post a link later. Right now I'm cooking so Teva will have a good , hot meal when she gets home.

is he looking for something to play with and keep, play with and sell? I have 2 here you didn't look at. a 54 Ford truck, and a 76 Vette.

Play with and sell. He has had this idea for a while. Since we are on the highway and there is always loads of traffic, everything we want to sell gets parked in the front lot with a sign. Haven't had anything sit here long.

PM me with some details and a few photos...I'll have him look them over and see if he wants to do something.

We're going to sell the 81 Chevy dumptruck soon. He wants to get the tire fixed and move some fallen limbs out of the pasture and then plans to park it in the lot. He wants to get a dump trailer.

Then he wants to sell the 96 Ford truck. That truck has 250,ooo miles on it but has been maintained well. Probably will need and engine and transmission overhaul just because of the mileage. That was my truck for a long time.

Tony O, there is a lake close to Jay, Lake Eucha, do you know how good of a fishing lake it is? i've been to it once but didn't get to get a line wet. it is a beautiful lake.

I am hoping that I can get by with a minimum of tie downs I set it down in the trees and a lot of the wind misses me cause of the trees and being on the back side of the hill like I am, However, I would hate to have some gust sneak up on me so I may do a bit more than I was thinking LOL
Of course you need more projects, you know, idle hands and all of that.

We had a 24 foot that I had just got blocked up, tied down and was starting to clean it out. Got it tied down May 2nd, 1999.

May 4th the floor was still there. LOL It was actually the West side of a pen and the posts of the pen held the shell up enough that no birds got hurt when it rolled over. I often think that if I had not tied it down it would have just laid over and I would have been able to set it back up.

If I ever do it again I am going to go the route that you are and set it on a foundation and pull the frame. I have a little 12 footer here now that the bottom is just too far gone to do anything with but to strip it to the bare frame. It was skirted with plywood so termites pretty much ate the bottom out of it.

If you put a different silkie rooster in with the girls every day,

then put him back with his buddies that evening, they'll keep getting along just like he was never missing. You'll still have pure silkie eggs then in case you want to set, trade, or sell some.
