Okay my want for today is LF Salmon Favorelle hens or pullets. My Roo is needing some company and my babies are young. Anyone know where there might be some?

I love my LF Faverolles so much. I never see any for sale anywhere though. Jackie/Firefly has 2 of the pullets/hens I got at the Newcastle auction and I've got my 3 plus my Fav boy. I wouldn't mind having some more either!

Yawn!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it when the cat wakes up early,she thinks its her job to revive everyone! Tossed her outside to wear her energy off and now I can't go back to bed because its almost time for the alarm to off. No snow but still raining,another messy day!Guess I will get off here and go drink my coke,I'm sounding grumpy!lol Willl be back when I get good and awake!

Wayne! Coke for breakfast.... Ick. When our daughters were small and in daycare, the lady who ran the daycare was addicted to diet Pepsi. She came to the door each morning at 6:00 a.m. with a glass of diet Pepsi on ice. When I picked up our kids, Glenda had a fresh glass in hand. She'd swapped diet Pepsi for cigarettes.

I've got a quilt question: Is it possible (or maybe the question should be is it desirable) to quilt over the top of a factory-made quilt? The thin, flimsy kind is what I'm asking about. Would the fabric and backing make an adequate base for a hand-made quilt?

Anyone going to the sale in Coweta this Friday?

thats the way you have to do it, if you wait till you have the coop space you will never have any more chickens.

If I had more room I'd get more chickens. I'm trying to talk hubby into another coop. Probably in the spring.

Robin the only down side to the Eco is it will always be full! We love ours & I have had many 100% hatches. Sell a few hatches them you can buy something bigger. DD. Bought a sportsman & hatcher with money from selling birds.
Army wife I will pm you michael's info when I am @ my desk. He is in Anadarko & will be happy to make sure you get some new ladies. If he doesn't have what you want today he can find it for you.
Spent the night looking at a few seed catalogs just to make sure I haven't forgotten anything REAL important. Tomorrow I am starting some eggplant & a few more tomatoes.

What potatoes grow well in oklahoma, anything besides new potatoes?
