***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Evening all, we got a few drops of rain this evening, when I went out to do chores and found one of the new kittens laying by the driveway limp and cold but alive, i rushed it in the house and wrapped it in a towel and laid it on the heat pad, then I mixed up some honey water and milk and warmed it, giving about 10 cc s of it every 30 min to an hour, it is moving around but not out of the woods yet, any ideas???? Keeping it warm and giving warm water also!!! Lynn

City – I love your dream. My most recent nightmare was a sequel generator that makes bad movies worse: every night for a week (the last week of school) I dreamed I went into the office to ask for #2 pencils so that I could give my final exam on Scantron. On Monday night the dream secretary informed me that #2 pencils were no longer available because they were carcinogenic. Seems some genius figured out how to recycle the asbestos removed from schools by making it into pencils. On Tuesday night the dream secretary said I could have all the pencils I wanted, but first I’d have to fill out a requisition form and have it signed by the principal, all school board members, two females Senators whose names begin with Q, and, of course, the janitor who retired three years ago and moved to Sacramento. On Wednesday night the dream secretary told me to stop harassing her and just go buy the pencils with my own money. We didn’t have kids in class Thursday or Friday, but the dream persisted. Scary clowns and dancing walruses made getting #2 pencils impossible. On Saturday I didn’t dream. Come to think of it, I haven’t dreamt anything I can remember since Friday night.

Back to chickens, though. If your black Ameraucanas turns out to be male, I have one black one I’m pretty sure is female, or maybe she’s a pony. Anyway, just let me know and we’ll swap of I’ll buy back. Whichever works best for you is what we’ll do.

I want to go but Joe wants to go to Beaver's Bend Saturday/Sunday. I am trying to convince him that we should go Sunday/Monday.
