A few pics from today, finally another color of morning glory bloomed.

My first ever ground cherry

The burgandy okra, I hope the chickens like better then the green ones.

Nana, for the love of God-I think you're the energizer bunny in blonde :-O How do you run and do and can and take care of critters and cook and visit and do all the things you do??

Lucky's only 3 months old? I'd have to sit on Wayne's bench in saying it's a boy, too. You've got something in the water to get so many boys lol!
That picture is an LF Fav boy. I know I need to find a home for either him or my adult Fav boy and it's killing me.
I'm thinking Marans/Ameraucana on the one Jack gave me, although it does hang out with my Cochin chicks not the Aneraucana and Welsummer chicks I am raising. If it is a girl I will keep itand see what color eggs it lays - Olive Egger, Cochin/Ameraucan or ?

there is a person on craigslist that has some for $5 north of sapulpa, i also would like to get a few more but from different blood. i also live south of Tulsa, on the south end of sapulpa. I'm going to do my best to go to the neocs sat first thing in the morning.
Just a reminder, NEOCS is on the 16th, not tomorrow. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant so I just wanted to make sure you didn't try and go tomorrow..

Hannah, Love the chicken house!!1 Cass those are gorgeous Morning Glories!!! And you do know that Burgundy Okra turns green when you cook it???? Lynn

I figured it did, but I won't cook it for the chickens. They weren't impressed w/ the green ones last year so I'm hoping they will respond better to the red. So far the plants have not been as vigorous as the clemson though, but summer is just starting so they may hold their own yet.
