Would you post a photo when you get them fixed the way you want them...so we can get ideas too.

I would have to say you might want pic's from Sjarvis as they are her design & I am thinking a better one. I might need to go look again myself.

click on the link for her website & you can see them. Mine aren't as nice.

Sooner if you can get me a picture of where they are pulling the fencing back Carl and i might be able to help with an idea to help prevent that.

I should never type before coffee, it should say that I will never have another of that breed. I will either have a Rot or herd type dog. I do plan to have a foo foo dog when my kids move out (if not before).

I thought you werent that big on rotts?...

At least a Rot has a brain unlike the one's that I have.

I wouldn't have a dog at all but living where I do it is needed.

sooner, we have 7 dogs, and none of the seven have tried to get a chicken more than once here, and have had no attempts to dig in or tear into pens...just make sure the dogs know you are the boss, and that "NO" doesnt mean "try later when Im not around", that it means "I will rip that left ear off if you try that again".....

Thanks. Heading that way now.

After I check on the neighbor's dog and pick up my birds first, though.

Are those priorities a little skewed or what...get chickens and then go to ER...

No, I think they are about right, for a BYC Okie.

My wife disagrees with me, though.

Birds all locked up. Now to get to the hospital to get it checked out. Bleeding stopped and it is clean, dog's shots are up to date. My doc's concern now is infection.
