and the cooking begins , beans ham hock and cornbread going now , homemade taco salad shells , dumplin dough for chicken and dumplins, fry bread dough for indian tacos , hamburger meat pattied out , hamburger defrosted for nachos indian tacos and taco salads , burriotos ready for burrito plate , batter ready for funnel cakes , still gotta cut up onions, tomatoes , and lettuce , and get the stew going but might do beef tips n noodles instead with homemade brown gravy

Donnie if there was food like that at our auctions we wouldn't have to leave just for fast food.
Not sure how many fryers you have, fried catfish could be a good menu option.

i make this stuff every weekend at the auction , and i do serve catfish at times lol , and yeah i have 3 fryers going

taco salad
nacho supreme
burrito plate
hamburgers
dogs
nachos
fritos
chili
stew
chicken n dumplin
brown beans hamhock and cornbread
funnel cakes
different cakes and pies when i make them lol
then danishes , honey buns , stuff like that
candy bars n such
sunflower seeds
bags of chips
popcorn
sodas
tea
bottle water
and sometimes ill make something extra or a little different

awww im sorry, im always cooking something, but i wouldnt be jealous cause i make it all from scratch lol its a bit of work lol , by the time im done im covered in flour from the dough , got grease and water and all kinds of juicy substances on me , yet i have aprons but i dont wear them lol

, i just feel restricted in an apron which is funny because it has nothing to do with my hands lol

Hubby and I went to the Wister auction and came home with a dozen black Sumatra eggs, 1/2 dozen blue/black Cochin eggs, a pretty little Serama roo, and an adorable mottled frizzle Cochin Bantam roo...all from Villamil Farms

Now I need to stalk him for a hen or two for the roos
