I buy my feed at Carnegie an get it in bulk i have a old pickup bed trailer they dump it in an i back it under the barn. Buster has a mix's made ther but dont no wat he put's in for sure..They have a feed store in Norge just this side of chickasha an the guy ther is as cheap as any wer cant think of the name but he is a nice guy...Iv herd of the feed store in Marlow Jason Glass an his dad from Cement go ther to buy horse feed ..
I do no if you by 1500lbs or so at Carnegie it will avg out half of wat you pay any wer els an is worth the drive..
I have a friend that is willing to split the feed with me, so 1500 lbs shouldn't be a problem. Call me lazy but i want it already bagged & i am willing to pay extra if they will bag it!! Most of the time it is just me out here with my 2 girls so having it already bagged would help me bunches. At carnegie do they have several mixes they use? Like could I do 500 starter 500 layer & 500 game? Or for the best price does it need to be 1500 of the same? I am going through 50 lbs of starter a wk & I am sure my friend uses the same if not more.
