***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I plan to raise a few meat birds next year. If anyone is processing soon and wouldn't mind a student, I'd love to help out and learn. Can trade some venison roasts. :)

Awww yes, interesting but disturbing sight, especially when you see one lay a huge egg... All I could think was *OUCH*!!!


She did a little bit of whining. Now, I caught the black 'dotte pullet laying an egg once and she whined so loud I thought she was sitting on my kitten Kelso. Her whining really sounded like a muffled kitten in distress.
 
He is survived by his wife Lou who like Stimpy is just a fabulous woman.
Heart is heavy to lose one in our small chicken family.
oh no!! Wow, will be praying for the family- i remember him from the first poops i went to...

thought i'd lost the little one overnite, i had ended up putting him with mama, and this morning he had scooted out and was not moving and ice cold- so i put him in the bator hoping he'd revive, i was sure he was gone, well, i sat there watching and he began moving!!
