Okay, seriously cheesed. Had to stop at TSC for goat food and my Polish is still there. AND there's a perfectly round ball of fluff-footed blueness in the same tub. And they STILL won't sell me less than six!

Oh crap. What are some of the others? I've got Malays hatching in a week, I could take a couple if we can get 1 other person to take 2-3 of them. Then you could get your Polish. Would Dusti take a few?

Kyz, go get your chick and 5 others and I'll give you the money tomorrow night for the 5 extras and take them. Shouldn't you keep one to raise with the Polish though?

I have a hen that lays a lavender or grey egg. I need to get a picture of it for you guys. It would be cool to make more of her...what could I mix her with that wont mess up the cool egg color? White or cream maybe?

A white egg rooster would dilute the color some but if you used a brown egg rooster it's look like mud. I would love to have a gray egg layer.

I need a support group!! I just ran in to Atwoods to return the clear heat bulb and get a red one. I swear! Well they announced that the chicks just arrived so I ran to the tanks lol and watched the lady unload them. I picked up the only 4 bantams with feathered feet. Taking them home right now lol.

If they are Cochins I can tell you that you will love them.

what color eggs do little black polish chickies lay?

all polish are suppose to lay white eggs but some of mine lay tan eggs. here are two of my polish eggs.

Thanks, for the photo! @kyzmette sorry. i can't take any little polishes. I can only have tinted egg layers around the SFH. They are stinkin' cute though!

I'm already home. I won't be able to go back to that TSC until saturday. That was a heroically enabling offer, though! Im pretty sure you just earned the Enabler of the Year award.
